    Impressive customer service gave them another chance

    I'm rewriting my review because this company deserves a second look. We bought two drums for our Brother printer; the first squeaked so loud the whole floor could hear it, but the second only made a small working noise that we could live with and so far the pressure is fine. I complained about the first one in my original review and the company emailed me apologizing for the faulty unit and refunded our money before I even had a chance to contact them about the issue.     Works great just creaks

    I have used several different drums since I got my printer and this one has worked best so far (including the original Brother ones that came with the printer). The only thing I can fault is that it creaks when working. but the rest works great. So squeak and such, it's definitely worth it and I'll buy again.

    Very good value for money although a bit noisy

    This drum is excellent value for money and you get more than you pay for although it is a bit noisy than other drums hence 4 stars. But I will definitely be a regular customer in the future!

    Doesn't work best in toner cartridges

    I bought a Brother MFC-L2700DW laser drum unit. The printer said I need to replace the drum. After replacing the drum, the printer keeps saying I need to "replace the printer". Because of this, I get an error message when I try to print. Stick to the original equipment.

    Extremely poor quality

    I've learned my lesson. I thought it would be a good replacement for my cartridge but the quality has gone down. In the attached photo, the bottom image was printed with factory parts. Great with this product. It's pixelated and generally of terrible quality. Not worth the small amount of money you save by buying branded items. Don't buy this!

    This is a very acceptable quality product.

    This drum kit worked great to restore print quality after the original began to fail. It doesn't go into the chamber as smoothly as the original, but after a few tries you'll figure out how to get it in properly. However, I am happy with the build quality and the print quality is back. up to 100% with this product.

    Problems!: Office electronics

    Have been buying Arthur toner cartridges for years with no problems. This is the first time I have bought a photoconductor that is compatible with the TN660 cartridge which I always buy. The drum unit and toner cartridge do not fit well together and the cartridge wobbles and makes a rattling noise when printing. Very disappointed. :-(

    Not recognized by the printer Update: I gave one star at first but Arthur sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY - like we didn't even have much downtime! My brother mfc L2740dw has a problem with resets, and the second drum didn't work either. If this problem occurs, try with the front cover open. Press (Cancel) to reset the error. Tap (Settings) > All Settings > Device Information. > Parts life. Hold # until the message on the LCD changes. press drum. Click Yes. Press (Home). All in all…

    Tried to support my Brother MFC-L2700DW

    It is difficult to rate this product. I really like my Brother MFC-L2700DW. Also, I had a lot of toner. So I wanted to find a middle ground on the overall cost. Buying a brand new original Brother DR630 drum made absolutely no sense compared to the cost of a brand new printer. So I bought this model hoping my printer would last a long time.
