Not bad for $20. The clip that keeps the straps closed doesn't have much tension at all and the strap cover pops open frequently, that's the only issue I've had.

Very nice binocular case that is always at hand and offers enough space for a pen and notes. I wear it for bird watching on hikes. It's better than the "band only version". I definitely wish I had switched to this bag sooner. highlighted.

This is a nice strap that keeps the binoculars in front of you. The straps are intertwined and secure. It would be better if some of the parts had elastic to make them easier to put on after adjustment. (Why 4 stars) But it works fine after you put it on. The hook for attaching the binocular bag is convenient and quick to release. The binocular straps are also a nice feature. Overall good suspension for hiking or bird watching.

The bag is normal, but the straps are of poor quality, the material is thin and slippery. The weight of the bins in the bag loosened the shoulder straps. The same slippery quality allowed the smaller straps holding the bins themselves to come loose. I took the belt to a local shoe repair shop using the old belts I had. They were able to change the straps for me for $14. It would be better to just buy a more expensive belt/bag.

I really like the idea of this binocular case but in practice it wasn't all I wanted until I made a few modifications. The bag itself (barely) fit my 10x42 binoculars and was nicely padded, but a simple very thin elastic cord and hook was used to close the bag and I didn't like that. It was thin. So I replaced this by sewing a plastic clip on the front (I bought the clip for another project so I had it handy).
