Great price, works as expected

Fixed bug and works fine for a while. Good price and comes with clips to secure the wire and protect from heat sources. Good choice, I would buy again.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Some minor things

Failed after 11 months: Oxygen

Failed after 11 months, Denso support didn't help even though the part had 12 months warranty, they asked me to return it to where I got it bought instead of taking care of the customer's problem. Not recommended.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Good Quality OEM O2 Sensor Replacement - Did the job!

This is the same part as the OEM sensor. You can buy a cheaper sensor, but it may or may not fix the error code. This one cost $50 considering the auto repair shop charged $350 for a replacement. It was a hassle removing the old one, you should definitely get a 7/8" O2 sensor head (separately) and I had to put a hose over the ratchet handle to break it. The new one was just too tight to install.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Low repairability

P0161 Trouble Code for 2003 Rav4 Bank 2 Sensor 2

I bought this little one and watched Chris Fix's YouTube video on replacing the oxygen sensor and replaced it myself. I had a P0161 bank 2 sensor 2 trouble code on my 2003 Rav4 model. I also bought an integrated power supply and had to buy a ratchet locally. After driving all day, the check engine light went off on its own. If you are having trouble with the sensor terminals in the rav4 all you have to do is use a sharp metal (I used the probes from a multimeter to create a wedge and pry the…

2003 Toyota Rav4 Sensor 2 Bank 2 -- Working

I installed the sensor in my 2003 Toyota Rav4 in sensor 2 bank 2 because it was giving code P0161. After replacing and resetting the codes, the check engine light no longer comes on. From what I've read, this is the same manufacturer and part that Toyota uses on their 2003 Rav4. So if you have a 2003 Rav4 with a similarly poor sensor, this is what you need. The only issue not related to the Denso sensor was removing the old sensor. It took a lot of strength and a ratchet extension. But once the

2002 Toyota RAV4 O2 (Bank 1, Sensor 2) Replacement

I had a check engine light on (2002 Toyota Rav4) and used a $20 Autel scanner to find code P0141. After checking the circuit to the sensor with a multimeter (I had never used it) it became clear that the problem was in the sensor. Using a powerbuilt O2 sensor preload puller supplied by Revain and a broken rod, I replaced the sensor and everything works fine. In all, the job took about twenty-five minutes, of which about ten minutes was spent untying the cable ties. Dome mounted straps replaced…

Toyota RAV4 P0420 Solution

I have a 2001 Toyota RAV4 that should pass state emissions tests. I have already replaced the top A/F sensor (234-9023). I bought it here too. I learned the traffic pattern I needed to get my on-call monitors back. After driving the mile required to reset the monitor, my check engine light came on again. This time there was code P0420. This indicates either a damaged or leaking exhaust manifold/catalyst/tailpipe or a faulty downstream heated O2 sensor (bank 1, sensor 2). Since the cat (not…
