The cable was too short for the fan

The product works but the cable that connects to the fan motor was not long enough to reach it. I had to build up the wire from the old resistor to get the length I wanted. I know I could try sending it back with a longer cable, but since there's no guarantee the next one won't be as short, and the first one took twice as long as it was said to have shipped, this seemed like an easier option be.

I usually save at least $20 or $30 by buying parts from Revain rather than the big parts stores.

I bought this to get the fan motor in my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer to blow cold air again. That works great. I had to add a wire to the 2 wire clamp as it wasn't long enough but other than that it was definitely worth the money I paid. I saved $60 by purchasing from Revain Prime. Excellent value for money and easy installation. Even if you have no mechanical skills you can install this part.

We fixed our fan! - Engines

This fixed the cooling fan in our 2005 Chevy Trailblazer EXT. However, there was only one problem. . . The length of the cable connecting to the fan motor was too short. Compared to the old cable (I'm talking about the red and black cable) it was about 2 cm shorter. never mind All I had to do was connect a couple of cable extensions. Great. My previous fan only ran at speed 5.1-4, didn't work at all. I read somewhere that speed 5 bypasses resistance, so it worked. The old resistor was cracked…

A little problem Good for spares

Ordered this product and received it within 2 days. My air conditioner stopped working on the fifth after a few months and four and five didn't work. Fast forward another 2 months and it's completely gone so I finally broke down and ordered this product. It absolutely works, don't get me wrong, everything works now. My only complaint was that the wire harness from the resistor to the fan itself wasn't long enough. I had to cut and splice the old one to get it. It took me 45 to 50 minutes to…

Ridiculous for engines

If it "fits" a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer I don't have to splice and lengthen EVERY wire to make it work. Of course it comes with an extended wiring harness and connectors for the main wiring harness, but not for the two wires going to the fan motor. Luckily I had two connectors and an extra cable for that. On top of that, I could live with that extra work on that "matching" part if it actually fixes the problem. Before the repair my fan was running at 123 but not 45. After the repair my fan is now
