I really like this set

I really like this set, changing the polisher is very easy. These smaller pads make it easier to apply the polish to the surface in a controlled manner and to conform to the contours.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • I have doubts

Not 5 " as advertised

I bought this unit to change from 6" to 5" as advertised. Upon arrival the package clearly states that it is 5 1/2 alcoves. of over $50.00 for fake advertising

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Fits

You will not be disappointed

Great product! You can't go wrong with a Griot. I have tried many brands of polishers/pads/backing pads over the years and in my opinion the Griot is head and shoulders above the rest. My way to the brand

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Secret

Poles are of poor quality! Beauty care

I used the orange correction pad. Halfway through my first use it fell apart and squirted foam everywhere. I used it exactly as described in several tutorial videos. I was lucky to find out what was going on before I damaged the paintwork. The 5" baseplate is very good, but the griots pads are absolute crap.

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Ideal for polishing cargo in the DA port. Great offer.

underlay one 30 dollars, overlays 10-15 pcs. This is a great package deal. Good quality pillows. Polished in black and tundra orange, the Kia Sportage has the expected number of good quality trims and finishes. The ventilated bottom panel stays surprisingly cool, which really helps a lot!

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • cord shorter than other picks

Good pads and great quality!

Good pads excellent quality and thickness One of the orange pads was broken but it was my fault because I was at speed 6 with a lot of pressure and moving fast lol xD maybe I was a little I'm very excited because this was my first experience with a DA polisher (GG 6") hahaha but I forgot these are great pads and this kit is really worth the money. Also I didn't get the results I wanted, maybe I should I'll try Meguiar's MF correction system and see what happens Hello from Mexico!

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Quality

The results were fantastic. The car is four years old.

Used with a Porter Cable Random Orbit Polisher and Chemical Guys VSS Detwister. I washed the car, then a clay block, then a swirl wash, then a coat of wax. The results were fantastic. The car is four years old with normal signs of wear and scratches. Looks better than new after polishing. Literally. There are no scratches or waves to be seen. The paint looks "deep" and wet. I've only used the orange pad from this set so far, but I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • Excellent All-Round Performance
Cons
  • Vanish

Works great with polish and wax kits

I bought this along with my first buffer from the same company (their 6 inch version). Pads and for my purposes 5 inches would be better. Although I don't have much experience with buffers (this is my first time) I found that the pads showed no signs of wear after polishing my truck with an orange pad with some compound and black pads with some polish. I applied the paste by hand because I didn't have liquid wax to try out the red pad. I watched a few YouTube videos to learn how to use themโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
