Are you missing an operating manual? Sorry this is my first time and the manufacturer should provide an instruction manual or better yet a link to a video on how to use this product properly. As for the material, it has a strong chemical smell, similar to burnt rubber, I'm not sure if that's normal, but I think this smell seems uncomfortable to the body and should be washed before shipping. An effective tool, well done.

This is an efficient and safe tool for removing pin or slotted retaining rings that do not have a deep recess. This works especially well for seized rings that require more torque than traditional "parallel bar" type wrenches can provide. kit as standard; They are mentioned but don't seem to be offered outside of Japan. Good suction tool for accurate lens placement.

It's hard to do without this tool when dismantling old lenses. You can also use the suction cup on the bottom of a kid's toothbrush to pull out the lenses, but you really need something that can dislodge the suction cup for precise placement. So why 3 stars and not 4 or 5? Well, one star for the price. That's a lot for what you get, but good luck finding decent alternatives. Why another star?
