Ideal BMX pedal for gravel bikes

Good quality. Cone and cup bearings spin like a charm. Old school and almost indestructible. No meat grinder, contrary to many suggestions.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Mediocre

Great pedals. Good stop.

I switched to these pedals after tearing my lower leg and legs using FOOKER pedals. Don't get me wrong, the FOOKER pedals have slightly better grip, but these MKS RMX pedals do the job perfectly and will be less dangerous in future falls [I hope not!].

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Great pedals great price

Recommended by Rivendell Bicycle Works but not in stock so bought a set here. I have them on both bikes and just bought them for my daughter. She loves them and says they make her bike feel faster! What else could you ask?

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Good grip even when wet.

Good grip even when wet. Surprising, because the surface is relatively flat, which makes the pedal feel comfortable. As well as built-in reflectors. Very good value for money. Have ridden over 20,000 miles on a touring bike with these pedals and they still work perfectly. Can't ask for more.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Good but not great

Hybrid bike pedals fit pedals

Good pedals for everyday use Made in Japan which is always good when it comes to bike parts. They hold up well without the spikes that other flat pedals have that can rip your shins off. The bearings are good. Spin like Dickens. I have a pair on another bike that have served me well for over a decade and run like new.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • working speed

Good replacement for clips

I use these on my Scott road bike. Having been using clip on pedals for a few years now but never quite getting comfortable with them, I got to the point where I preferred my hybrid over a road bike because I didn't want to deal with those pedals. With them I've gone back to a road bike almost 100% of the time. The grip with them is excellent; Even in the rain I had good results and the pedals were big enough to feel confident without being terribly oversized.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some cons

Great pedals. I have a pair on every bike I own.

Love these pedals. I have a pair on every bike I own, including a mountain bike that I use for solo trails and a road bike that I use for long-distance recreational rides and centuries. They are light, very comfortable in combination with flat shoes like the Chuck Taylors and last forever without maintenance. I've had a pair for almost 10 years now and they turn just as well as my new pair. I'm not a competitive rider and I'm not an aggressive rider, so I don't have to cling to the pedals.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Best Value Comfortable Platform Pedal

I tried them on two rides on my all terrain bike (70% road, 30% gravel) and found them to be more comfortable than the MKS Sylvan Touring and MKS -Pedals BM-7 which I already have because they are longer. The only thing I wish they were black. You can't beat them for the price, but I eventually switched to the MKS Allways pedal as I found it even more comfortable uphill than the RMX and because of the better grip. My wife has been using my RMX pedals ever since and loves them.

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Other Other

The best "regular pedal " on the planet.

Been watching her for years. Ordered a pair as I am upgrading an old MTB as a commuter. Very well done. Easier than you think. I had about a month and drove a hundred or so miles. Very happy with them. Built-in reflector. Great for city driving. I usually drive 10-12 miles for fitness or go to work in a small town. A frivolous off-road pedal. I rode in trail running shoes and the grip is not very good. I was surprised as I'm used to old fashioned clips and straps that hold any shoe in place…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not bad
