They should not be used for wall mounting in a timber frame house unless the legs of your mini split will match the wall spacing. As you can see from their picture there are only 2 mounts and hardware. What's missing is a crossbar so you can adjust the brackets to fit your outdoor unit's legs. These are some cheap mounts. I used them to mount my Pioneer WYS012A-19 to a brick wall. The device is about 3 inches or less from the wall and as far away as possible, so it's not good. Don't worry, they come with no instructions, the problem is that they don't lay out anywhere near 90 degrees when assembled. just said it's ok they shouldn't be square and intentionally made that way i wouldn't take them apart but use the other two factory holes and make them closer to a square. I used brackets to wall install a Mini 12,000 BTU split system. Paint looks good. Annoyingly, the bolts and bushings that come with vibration dampers serve only a limited purpose. The screws are hollow wall dowels. It's bad if you mount it on the wall from nails - in studs. So the screws had to be removed. This is a $30 mount and it did the job of supporting my outdoor unit but I ended up replacing it with a custom mount that does made by my local metal factory.
