An Accurate Tool for Industrial Light

This light meter helps me ensure that my workspace has the perfect amount of brightness. The device is easy to use and provides accurate readings for both natural and artificial light sources. The compact design makes it convenient to carry around, and the battery life is long-lasting. The only con I can find is that it's a bit expensive, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits it provides. Overall, an exceptional investment for anyone working in industrial and scientific settings.

Lousy customer service

Totally agree with the other review. This model is useless. The range means you can only use it with very powerful light sources. Even the sun in a tropical climate will produce little reaction. The level of customer service is terrible. I wrote to them that I would like to measure blue light emission from home devices and they recommended it. Now that it doesn't work they tell me to buy bilirubin. You agree to exchange it on the condition that I pay shipping both ways. Which in my distant case

Pros
  • Highly accurate blue light measurement

  • artificial

Works like most men but not sensitive enough

It didn't work as described. He's not sensitive enough. The range is from 0 to 199 mW/cm2, but there is only ONE range. Direct sunlight aimed at the sun on a bright, sunny day is 8 mW/cm2. So the range above 10mW/cm2 is useless unless you are working with lasers. Pointing directly at the full LED light source used for magnification (10" circle with magnifying glass) gives you 3mW/cm2. This is a very powerful LED light that you don't normally look at. At 1 foot, that's 1.5 mW. /CM2. Any other…

Pros
  • Easy one hand operation
Cons
  • Unsafe
