Splitter ZACCAS Aluminum Duplicate Monitors Review

From a camera mounted on a 25ft pole we use this to split the video signal to a 10 inch monitor for the person working with the pole and the HUDL gear works (to send live feeds for coaches who control with iPad and if they decide to review past games for real-time analysis, for soccer players.) We have a 5V USB rechargeable battery, which is perfect for this splitter that comes with an adapter cable.

I bought this product hoping I could use the extra output to power my sound system. But unfortunately this otherwise great gadget would not pass Directv HDCP 2.2 video to my big screen TV (55 inch LG OLED). DirecTV users with the right gear can watch stunning Ultra HD on channels 104-108. HDCP 2.2 is the latest copy protection scheme. I should add that Revain FireTV (wired) UltraHD/4K TV signals work fine with this splitter

This is great if you only want to use 1 screen at a time. I had 2 (new, modern) 32" Insignia TVs (same model number) and wanted to watch the same thing on both TVs. 1 on 1 side of the store and another TV on the opposite side. Well, a TV screen almost crackled and kept blinking. I only had it 1 day before I deleted it. Better to spend €15 than €200 on a new TV. And his return date is long past. My advice is don't take it.

great product does exactly what it says it does but you should be warned if your tv doesn't support the specific resolution of your second tv then you will need to work with your equipment to fix it. For example I have two Bravias, a small old model picks up my computer via HDMI at 1240 x 768 and fills the screen nicely. But my big new Bravia does not support this resolution. So I had to set it to 1600 x 900 then the smaller TV had black bars again and I had to adjust it and everything works…

I had a problem getting my Windows 10 PC to output 5.1 surround sound. My configuration was PC-HDMI-TV-HDMI-Surround Sound. I had it so I could turn off the surround sound and use the TV speakers while my wife slept. This device did not work for my purposes. This lowers the output resolution, making the image much smaller. This happens both with direct wired transmission and when entering a Miracast dongle. None of this happens when I stream videos from my Android phones without output duplication so I'm not sure what this thing does in this scenario, but limits the experience by shrinking the image.
