Breaks down into dust, good for fish and aquatic life

Having used this substrate for almost two years, I understand that cheap is not the best option when it comes to substrate. it is very easy to dust and break... no matter what filter and no matter how often you clean the tsnk, there is always a layer of dust and very high on everything! And forget about moving plants or decoration, otherwise the water will become cloudy immediately and take a day to clear. It also has a greyish color which I find very repulsive. Other reviewers have stated that it doesn't affect water chemistry and I really didn't think it would have any effect as an aquarium substrate with plants. Anyway, I set it up and within 2 weeks my water hardness had risen to over 160ppm. For the rest of my life I would not understand why this is happening. I almost went insane trying to…
