From the looks of it, you can talk to the person on the other end (triggered by the phone app) but they can't answer you, or at least you can't hear them... clever design! UPDATE: Review rating downgraded to 2 stars. Wi-Fi on and off. I have decided to return this camera and that it is worth spending a few bucks more and getting the Eufy camera. The Zeus software has not been improved and is so bad that it ruins the product. Eufy's software is light years ahead of Zeus and so user-friendly that it easily justifies the higher price.
