Manage with Toolfleet is a really nice program. It allows me to enter multiple vehicles and easily update the status of each vehicle, including when they should come into service and if repairs are needed. You can also schedule jobs and run reports to check the status of repair processes. All in all a very user friendly program that works well. My advice would be don’t try too hard just yet though and give it a go before adding to much functionality, otherwise it won’t work properly. If you like trying something new then I would suggest taking a chance on making the free version work correctly first and seeing if you like the idea of the product.
