Great item for my ceiling fans. The downdraft was over my gas range and that fixed everything. Strong magnets held it in place.

These baffles are ideal for ceiling applications. We bought these at Lowes so they blew away every time the heater was turned on. It's a higher quality plastic and the magnet is really strong. We even ordered more for other vents. I definitely recommend spending a little more money and buying them. You will not be disappointed. They were delivered on time and well packaged.

I am happy with these deflector deflectors. My register is 14 inches long so they open very wide. I think they seem a little less durable as a result, but still happy with them. The reason I think this is because each is made up of two pieces that don't seem to fit tightly together, causing them to wobble. These deflectors are designed for floor fans, so using them on ceiling fans can be a bit awkward. 10-14 inches but you really want to be under 13 inches or 12 inches.
