Does the job good for cleaning and maintenance

This is much easier to use than the spout that comes with the Rotopax fuel tank. One problem is the cheap washing machine. It lasted one use and ripped so I had to buy a pack of pucks. Another problem with using it with a fuel tank is that fuel can splatter when the Rotopax is bled. This has more to do with the lack of venting in the tank, and it looks like the vent tube acts almost like a siphon when depressurizing (venting) the Rotopax. To prevent this, I remove the spout when not in use…

The perfect replacement for annoying federal law splatters!

The perfect replacement for those pesky federal law spouts! I've struggled with several pesky federal mandate expiries for years and haven't found one that works really well. Most are too short and the angle isn't right for refueling certain types of gear, so you end up spilling more fuel than the older non-federal design. When I saw this design I decided to give it a try and it works great. The length of the RotopaX RX-SP-Vent spout is excellent and flexible enough to direct the flow. Now I…

Works perfectly! Let the government ruin the simplest things!

Replaced a government created nightmare I could never get to work. Luckily, when we got back from Irma's evacuation last year, we had 15 gallons of gas with us just in case. It's about 150 miles from home and there aren't any gas stations. So I resorted to gas cartridges. Let me tell you, those spring-loaded shits got more gas on the car, on me, and on the ground than they put in the tank. I ended up making a funnel out of cardboard and just poured gasoline into it. It worked better than a…

If there is no leak, the gas fountain is not working well.

After 2 months the gasket deteriorated and started to flow, on my car from the top where it was attached. In fact, it broke and cracked. I noticed it on the track because everything on my car was leaking. So buy a better gasket set. The nose itself works great. It pours easily with little to no mess, much better than the poorly designed that comes with Rotopax tanks. Why don't they come out of the gate with the right one? Naive question, I know. Just disappointed I paid a premium for all the…
