Not suitable for Audiopipe APCLE 1500

Very powerful adapter. I figured Audiopipe would at least build gears that actually matched their own amps. However, I should double check before buying. I just used an angle grinder to shave them off a bit. After that they fit well.

Pros
  • Ideal for small households
Cons
  • Security

A good product. Doesn't fit my amp.

They are advertised as 0 gauge to 4 gauge adapters. They don't fit the pickups of my Hifonics amplifier. They are too big to use. It's a shame because they seem to be of good quality. They look great and are easy to install on the wire! Too bad they don't match the amp.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Please note you are buying

My 0 gauge cable doesn't fit very well. I had to push, but that wasn't the point. Maybe the problem is with my Skar amp. I have a Skar RP-1500.1 and this gearbox does not fit. I made one so I wanted to do the same with the power wire, but on this amp the power and ground are as follows. to each other, so it still doesn't fit. They are too big if you need them next to each other.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Reliability

Get ready to change the amp plugin part.

I've read reviews about how much the diameter of these adapters is larger than the 12V plug size. I thought I was ok since I buy Audiopipe 0gauge adapters for my Audiopipe amp. I was wrong. I had to remove a significant amount of material from the connector before it got into the amp. I have a few other complaints but this sizing issue pissed me off. I could just solder a smaller wire to my 0g.

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Much more than you think

They are definitely of good quality. Very well milled but there is so much excess metal on this thing that it's not necessary. You can definitely fit more than zero gauge into them. And it's easy to shave half its exterior to accommodate many more types of amps. And the second note says it fits 4 gauge, but that's a lot in my opinion too! more! than the normal gauge 4. For reference, see my photo for the size. 1 1/4" outside from one pin to the other and 1 3/4" outside on the other end

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some flaws
