Love it! Bought a new laptop before.

Love it! Bought a new laptop earlier this year and have never been able to get the headphone jack to work, especially since the Windows 10 update. I was fed up with phone support and spent hours on the phone trying to get my headphone to work via the jack port. So I figured I should look around for a pair of USB headphones, but I didn't really want to use big headphones. Then I saw this article and thought for $10 I'd give it a try. He worked like a charm right out of the pack! Simply plug inโ€ฆ

This product will destroy your equipment!

I bought this product because my laptop only has a microphone and headphone jack and I wanted one of each. However, after installing the driver, the product worked normally. The same day I started using this product, my original port for EVERYTHING I plugged in stopped working. Now I need to use this device for something other than laptop speakers. My laptop no longer seems to recognize my external speakers. I thought it might be something else but I plugged in a pair of headphones and itโ€ฆ

Melt! Best in Computer Components

I bought this combo set about a year ago for a project that never materialized. Today I tested both adapters on my computer because they got too hot and ended up melting. The first only lasted 5 minutes before I smelled burnt plastic. looked at the adapter and it melted in the middle of both the front and back of the adapter. maybe thought it was the powered USB hub it was plugged into, so I tried the second in that combo but plugged it straight into my desktop USB port. sure, after anotherโ€ฆ

Good inexpensive audio adapters. I have electrical noise issues but don't know how common it is

I really like their form factor and price. My motherboard is having issues so the sound isn't working at the moment while they fix the driver issues. In any case, the thing works on the plug and play principle. There's just one problem: electrical interference. If you plug a headset into both the mic port and the line out port, complete the circuit so that you can hear random electrical noise coming from your computer (eg. You can fix this by just using the headphone jack. I'm not sure Howโ€ฆ

Outstanding Clarity - Quality - Highly Recommended

Cable matters (Pack of 2) USB Stereo Audio Adapter for Windows and Mac Highly recommend this product. I am very happy with it. I can barely hear any sound on my laptop, even at maximum volume with headphones connected. The purity these little USB stereo audio adapters bring to audiobooks, music and everything else I listen to is wonderful. Now all I have to do is crank the speaker volume up 1/4 to hear everything, even background noise in movies that I've never heard, and I'm really impressedโ€ฆ

This amp boosts the sound and works great with headphones and mic

I bought this to use with my PS4 (Slim and Launch versions) but you NEED a USB extension cable, as it is too wide to fit on it. it is own. I use this with my Philips SHP9500m and VModa Boom Mic Pro. The sound from the PS4 controller was not loud enough for these headphones. This amplifier amplifies the sound and works great with headphones and a microphone. The sound quality sounds very good, I tested the amp on a Hi-Fi setup and for a $5 amp it sounds crystal clear. No pops, no cutouts, solidโ€ฆ
