description is deceptive. I thought I was getting a quilt set, not just a pattern. I just wouldn't pay that much for a sample.

What they don't say is how tedious it is to remove the first glued piece. Sewing was easy. The assembly was uncomplicated. But the paper doesn't come off! There has to be a better technique to create this stunning quilt without the headache of hours and hours spent removing paper.

This is sold as a design by Judy Niemeyer. My sister is an avid fan and I bought it for that reason. The resulting pattern did not mention Niemeyer's name. The display features black stripes and a background for dramatic effects. On the packaging it was cream colored for a washed out look. I had to send my sister an ad to show her how to present it.
