Worst customer support

I bought this sound system and received it on 05/10/2019. In mid-February 2020, the subwoofer started turning on and off. Soon it just stopped working. Couldn't get Klipsch to take my calls and couldn't get them to answer my emails. I called Asurion (I bought a protection plan from them). Asurion got through to Klipsch. The representative sent a replacement part for the right satellite speaker. I replaced the part and the subwoofer still didn't work properly as before. Called and emailed Klipsh

Not the Klipsch I once knew!

I've been using Klipsch audio systems since I first met them on the radio in 1988. Great sound, the monitors we've ever had have been abused as hell and they just kept working! A couple was on the station from 1988 when I started until 2014 when the station closed! I also had a Klipsch in my house so buying this setup seemed like a no-brainer. Boy was I wrong! The woofer broke after a year and had to be replaced. Klipsch guaranteed the woofer, but I still had to repair it myself, which…

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Easily repairable

This 2.1 system sounded very good and then I fell down a part. After a partial connection, after the power cable pin was broken, the subwoofer also died; It should last a lot longer but it's made up of flimsy parts and faulty wiring, the cheap connector pin that goes to the subwoofer only broke after pulling the cable out a couple of times which is very frustrating. There's a label on it that says the cable only goes one way, but if it rips just a little bit it's damaged. Then, to make matters…

Pros
  • Not only usable for the intended purpose
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

First off, the value for money these speakers are AMAZING. Very crisp and clear and more bass than I could ask for from a computer speaker. The only problem I have with this product is the volume control at low levels. Over time, dust can build up in the analog volume control, resulting in loud scratching and popping noises when adjusting the volume. The worse, the louder the popping noises. The volume tends to jump when adjusted. Another problem with low volume is that the speakers don't seem…

Yes yes and much more yes.

Wow they exceeded my expectations. The volume they made when I cranked the knob above 20% for the first time made me giggle. Stereo sound is precise and punchy. The highs are of course very crisp and detailed, as you would expect from a Klipsch. The low level that the bass delivers is very fast and strong. That's a lot better than many other computer speakers. Bose, Logitech and Razer can't really hold a candle to this setup for the price in my opinion. I keep the bass within the recommended…

  • Very expensive

I have liked this computer speaker/subwoofer for about a year. Then it buzzed for some time and the music shut down, but a slight movement of the speaker connector did nothing. But for today the whole system is dead. Nothing but an electrical hum. I contacted Klipsch a few days ago to fix the issue but haven't received a response from them yet. broke in my system after a little over a year. Obviously there are many, many people who have had to deal with this, but Klipsch keeps making them that…

Here is a review worth reading

Bought these speakers five years ago. Many years ago I was an audiophile and very sensitive to sound quality. The speakers sound fantastic. The subwoofer is really extraordinary. Two years later, my subwoofer suddenly seemed to have blown. In retrospect, however, the problem was the internal amplifier. I bought a second pair. From the start there was a slight humming noise. I thought my old house had a grounding problem. But it was frustrating. A few months ago there was a problem with the left

Just as good as my first set in 2003!

I read all the Revain reviews before spending $150 on it and thought it was worth the risk. Because my first Pro Media 2.1 THX (bought 2003) was AMAZING! I had them until 2014 when I sold them on sale for $25. (moved in with my now wife) They still worked very well but the sub connector clips/springs were falling apart and needed more love than I was willing to give at the time. You had a few days. The sound is the same as I remember it. : Hardy, what you can bite into! I'm NOT an "audiophile",
