First off, the value for money these speakers are AMAZING. Very crisp and clear and more bass than I could ask for from a computer speaker. The only problem I have with this product is the volume control at low levels. Over time, dust can build up in the analog volume control, resulting in loud scratching and popping noises when adjusting the volume. The worse, the louder the popping noises. The volume tends to jump when adjusted. Another problem with low volume is that the speakers don't seem to adjust their volume at the same pace as the others. When the level is below about 5% (the volume I use when working and listening to music), the left speaker seems to "stick" at 2%, while the right usually settles in at 5%. As soon as you press 5%, the left speaker suddenly jumps to 5%. It's not a big problem, but enough for me to notice. It's problematic when I want to listen to soft music, which then sounds as if it's only coming from one side.
