very weak for measuring and marking tools

does not match the description, does not say "Made in Japan" on the product as shown in the picture, also very unprofessional workmanship. This product cannot be manufactured in Japan.

Shinwa - Saddle Standard

I've tried and found no inaccuracies with these squares and 45/90 angles. Wow, that's faster and more accurate than flipping my combo square over the corners to mark.

Pros
  • This is Amazing
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price

Sturdy, well built and accurate seat post, I will use it often in my shop. It is able to lay 90 and 45 degree angles. I would give it five stars if the measurements were in inches instead of millimeters (okay, we're behind the rest of the world) and the instructions included some English (the description says Japanese, that's what you get). All in all a good addition to your collection. Will I recommend it? A definite yes, if you can live with millimeters.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

My favorite carpenter's angle tool

Such a simple thing, but it's one of my favorite tools I use for marking square lines on materials. There is a similar version with 45s on both ends (one in each direction). I recommend buying BOTH. This is best for drawing square lines on adjacent vertical sides of the material. The other is better for 45s (since this one only offers 45s I'm one-way). And I often use both - this is for marking a 90 degree line, which I use as a guide with the other when I need to draw a 45 degree mark in a…

  • Good product for the price
