    T-fal Unreliable Guarantee

    I've been cooking great steaks for a year and I'm very satisfied. A few weeks after the 1 year warranty expired the grill stopped working and would not turn on. I never got a chance to speak to a real person and only received automated replies from T-Fal customer service telling them I needed to send them the faulty grill and they would try to fix it.     This review is for the OptiGrill Plus XL model (8 servings) of the following: after flashing they stop and it immediately switches to manual mode , with no option to select automatic cooking mode.2.     I did not consider this machine because I only use it occasionally and wanted to try it.
