Review on T-fal GC7 Opti-Grill Indoor Electric Grill, Silver - Automatic Sensor Cooking, 4-Servings by Gabriel Day

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's scary to pull it out - I can't afford to throw it away.

I did not consider this machine because I only use it occasionally and wanted to try it. Didn't use it for maybe a month after I got it and since then maybe once or twice a month and mostly burgers with the occasional boneless chop. On the 5th or 6th use, a white death light would flash and beep. , locked up and refused to do anything. Okay, turn it off, open the lid, wait a minute or two and restart. Normally it would go on and work, but of course you had to wait for him to go through that reheat nonsense again. This usually happens during cooking! Yes, it's convenient! Tonight WHILE IT WAS WARMING UP it started beeping and flashing white light. After turning it off and restarting TWICE, it just stalled, did NOTHING. I was pissed, hit hard and when I went to get the hammer I cooled down enough to go back and try again. He showed up and basically made burgers as expected. For the price I paid I don't want to throw it away. A few hamburgers I cooked on it cost $10 each! But really, I don't know what else to do right now. This car is just awful. I'm really scared to take it out and there have been times I've cooked things differently or just cooked things differently instead of messing around with this thing. I really can't think of any other device that I would be so disappointed in. what works well instead of going through what I have. Don't count on it. If you decide to buy. MUCH LUCK! If this is the product that T-Fal makes, I will stay away from all of their products in the future. I would be ashamed to sell this poor product.
