Can't say enough good things!

The keyboard is out and has worked well so far. It gets really crazy when a dirty fingerprint is used and the sun hits the fingerprint reader directly. A few issues: (1) It's difficult to install because it's a Chinese to English translation, which doesn't make much sense, but the company's customer service is good. (2) A person cannot access all forms, fingerprint, card, token, password(3) Fingerprint pad does not like direct sunlight

Complete piece of crap. Having owned this machine for 2 years I can tell you that it costs nothing. In fact, we can open the door with a medium jerk. 600lb pressure magnet. TO THE RIGHT. NO! It's also not waterproof, so we bought a seller-recommended case. Bought a few months ago. Yes, this is not high-tech protection - it can be overcome with a screwdriver and a paper clip. However, if you need to provide easy access to a locked door in an already protected area, this is great.
