Complete piece of crap. Having owned this machine for 2 years I can tell you that it costs nothing. In fact, we can open the door with a medium jerk. 600lb pressure magnet. TO THE RIGHT. NO! It's also not waterproof, so we bought a seller-recommended case. The lid has turned yellow so we can't see anything on the screen and the screen has practically lost the text color so you can't reprogram anyone. Also, programming has always been the biggest problem for every beginner. The devil keeps squeaking too. Stay away from this crap and rather spend a little more money for a quality product. The install was HORRIBLE and I spent $1,500 to install it! For now I'm just going to unplug this damn thing and use a key or install a strong deadbolt that unlocks via bluetooth. MUCH BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE. RUN FROM THIS CRAP PRODUCT.
