LMAO from the people who gave it a star.

LMAO to the people who gave it a star. Clearly the lower limit of the IQ curve. The filters last around 2-3 months with heavy use so you'll need to replace them regularly and they aren't built to last forever. As indicated in the instructions, hot water should not be passed through. It is designed to filter cold water. It comes with adapters. I find it just as economical to swap out the whole unit when the filter dies (water tastes awful again), especially since I have kids messing it up…

Handle to switch from pure tap water to filtered water.

The knob to switch from plain tap water to filtered water is very difficult to turn. Additionally, if you use clean tap water, it comes out in a slow jet. When it's time to change the filter, I'll get rid of it. Update: After posting this I received a message from people in the UK to contact them and they gave me a reference number. When I contacted them and gave the number, the customer service representative asked me where I should send a new water filter to. No questions about what was wrong

Then I went to Revain and read some reviews where others had the same problem. Some people thought it was a trigger failure. I called Brita and the rep suggested taking the system off the faucet, putting it on the counter and putting the filter back in. She said when the filter was in place I should hear a…

The filter does NOT block. Water all over the kitchen! Returned!

Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars. I bought the first one, the filter was not repaired. It should be "in one click". There are no clicks. ZIP code zero. No one. No matter how hard we push the filter in. So every time you need filtered water, forget to bring an RFM (random family member) to hold the filter for you while you flip the switch to filtered water and refill your glass. bottle/jug; The filter pops out instantly (at ANY water pressure) and the water rushes straight up and flows…
