    The perfect size for a sun catcher.

    Bought for a bible school for crafts during the holidays. Size 000 was a size smaller than what I personally could buy in any store. I asked my dad and brother to help me drill some extra holes in them (one in the middle and one at each end) so they could be hung on a chain on the wall as a sun trap. I painted them with a clear spray paint after washing off the oil and letting them dry a bit.

    However, cast iron is not a good welding material

    I'm a little hesitant to write a review as I use craft shoes to make Christmas wreaths and Christmas trees. There are companies that sell cast shoes for such projects, but cast iron is not a good material for welding. I make these products for my family and want them to last, so I wanted to show quality forged steel. I was very happy with these shoes and the company, have already placed a second order and am sure I will be ordering more.
