I don't know how I broke my old one but this one worked fine, take out the old one, unplug it, then plug in the new one and plug it in.

Fits just right, turn signal is as bright as the original. The kit comes with a small tool needed to remove the old mount and install the new one. Without him I wouldn't know what to do.
