Worked as I hoped it would on a 30ft run.

I read some reviews and the negative reviews said the wire was flimsy. It's not, it's stiff enough to serve and flexible in corners. Mine caught on the S part, but that was because the tube wasn't fully installed. This is a great lightweight wire stripper. I spray WD-40 on a rag and wipe it off before storage. The roll back isn't the smoothest thing, sometimes it gets stuck and if it doesn't, relax a little and try again.

  • Fish Tape
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Works, could use some improvement

This saves us from trying to run a very complicated network cable through the attic, ceiling and walls of the church. is a latch that holds the tape in place. Also useful when closed to keep it from popping out again (which it really wants); and useful when it's in a wall or something and you need to put it down and go. Reusable zip ties work for this, but I think they could build something in.

Honestly the best value for money

I looked at various other local options and nothing came close to the price. and Ethernet for the gaming image permanently installed in the basement, but we wanted to be able to access the game/controls in the living room. A little measuring and planning, and the second helper pulls the cable through the holes in the wall. , it accelerated the routing. I'm very happy and I'm glad I saved a lot of money by buying it this way considering it's probably a one time tool for us. If I were doing this…

Pros
  • Cable insertion and extraction tools

  • Price that beats the piggy bank

A RELIABLE SOLUTION FOR PULLING WIRES THROUGH OTHER ENCLOSED SPACES.

I recently moved into a new house. When I first entered, it was a disaster area. Before I bought it, this apartment was rented. The owner wanted to get out of the business for good. I wanted a house at a good fixed price. Ok I understand. This place didn't have wired internet cables in the rooms. Wi-Fi is good but I work from home and the Wi-Fi speed just isn't good. So I had to run Cat 5 cables through metal racks, which was a bit of a beast. This fish tape worked well. He was both tough…
