Fast when connecting directly to a laptop

While I didn't get the 100MB/s read speed advertised on the box, I got pretty close to the latest laptop with a microSD slot, so there were no adapters. Previously I tried using an adapter on a USB 3 port and got a 5x slower speed. So it depends a lot on the interface and adapter for your computer, not the limitations of this product. Any adapter was not included.

acceptable, I couldn't hit 100MB, but it was probably due to my readers and data types.

The card came in bubble wrap which was easy to cut open to remove the card. There is no reading adapter included. The write speed I got was closer to 10MB/s when I ran the test. However, to be completely honest, I didn't have any modern readers (mostly USB 2 holders for a microSD card and were quite old). On the other hand, I reached about 80 MB/s in a short time, I tried another reader. That wasn't during the benchmark, but during "real" data transfer. (I would expect it to be slow in this…

Kodak: From fast film production to fast micro SD card?

How times have changed. Before I got this micro SD card, the last time I held a Kodak product in my hands was their guest at a giant balloon party in Albuquerque many years ago. the best speeds I've seen for a microSD card, including my usual preference which was/was the Samsung Pro. Welcome back Kodak.
