The ashtray is so pretty. However, it should be a bit wider. It's the size of a mini Coke can, but the height of a regular Coke can. If it were a little wider it would be perfect. Therefore it gets 4 stars

Unfortunately I didn't expect that. The quality is definitely not as described and the lid doesn't stay in place. Too expensive! already back.

It's not the size of a soda can, it doesn't exactly fit in my cup holder. Too deep inside to really clean when I used it. Also, the notches on the top won't hold the cigarette. I don't want to pour water on the ground to put out the fire. The stale cigarette water made my car stink. I use a smokeless ashtray, it's just out of style these days.

This is the best car ashtray I have ever bought, very durable, attractive, easy to clean, keeps odors at bay. I had to pour some water in it because if you have a few cigarette butts it can smoke if you don't stump out the next cigarette to the end. Adding water soaks old cigarette butts so new ones don't make them smoke and still retain odors inside. I love this ashtray and can recommend it.

The first problem is that the lid isn't strong enough to lift from the top, which is necessary when it's in a cup holder located. Second, it does NOT go out immediately. I didn't see much smoke coming out of the hole but when I lifted the lid it was still burning a few minutes later. So the smoke from the hole is still going until it disappears, I think the smell too. Aside from those 2 complaints (all reasons for that), it looks good and is solid.

This stainless steel ashtray/mug is great. I smoke black and mild jazz cigars that aren't much thicker than cigarettes and I find the hole in these cups perfect for putting out my cigars and plugging the hole to keep the smoke in! Then I can light my cigar again later. Best of all, I don't usually like to smoke a whole cigar at once, and there's no way to lay them out in the car. Now I actually smoke less because when I smoke it for a few minutes (they burn for about 25 minutes) I just stick it
