Valuable product but needs revision b

This is the second time I have bought this bluetooth enabled product so I obviously like it. But it requires you to always run the app on your phone, making the product less than useful. I suggest that the engineers store the relevant information on the pen and then, if you run the app about once a week, forward the previous brushing results. That way I know how well I'm combing my teeth and how long my brush handle will last.

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • is embarrassing

Not worth the money

I have an old Phillips Sonicare toothbrush and it didn't feel like an upgrade. I can buy better toothbrush heads if I want to feel better, but the app really didn't add much to the experience. This resulted in brushing my teeth for 4-5 minutes each time, but never showing "my problem areas" and my brushing result was always excellent. I ended up spending a little more on the brush head for the simpler old model and fell in love all over again with my old $27 electric toothbrush for a pack of 3…

Gold standard for electric brushes

Do more or go home! It was a substitute for what had exhausted itself. I never knew they had finite battery life. I've been using Sonicare since they came out and I haven't been disappointed. It's the best money can buy and it doesn't disappoint. It's lightweight and gives you feedback on your brushing technique. It can even be configured for multiple users. This is the gold standard and you should try it.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • No power

Stopped working after 3 months. Poor quality device.

$350 is a lot of money for a toothbrush, I expect it to be better finished. It vibrated on its own from time to time, which was a little annoying, but I didn't think about it much. Last week it started vibrating on its own and wouldn't stop. I think it took several hours. Anyway, now it's a paperweight and I'm upset. There's one interesting design flaw worth noting: the toothbrush's most natural grip makes it easy to change the settings of the three vibration strength positions. It's downright…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some difficulties

I have no experience with electric toothbrushes so I don't know if this one is distinctive among electric toothbrushes but as a newbie to this part of the brushing world I can say that this brush makes a world of difference. Even after the first use, you'll probably notice that your teeth feel like they just got cleaned thoroughly by the dentist. Teeth appear very smooth after brushing with the Sonicare 9900. After the first use I was glad I bought it. The instructions are very simple and I…

Not perfect but much better than others

I have been using Philips Sonicare DiamondClean since January 2014, so almost 8 years. Each of my toothbrushes has lasted about 4 years. My husband also uses Sonicare DiamondClean so I know what to expect from these brushes, they are fantastic! At first I hated this premium brush and even created a return label, but after changing heads and using it a few times I would never send it back. My teeth are clean to a new level! I remember when I bought my first Sonicare DiamondClean I was amazed at…

Pros
  • SenseIQ technology recognizes, adapts and cares for your teeth
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I was so excited to finally get this brush so I could see for myself why the Sonicare toothbrush is the best selling toothbrush. It only comes with 1 brush head so I don't like it based on my use with that 1 head. It's TOO powerful, wide, aggressive and hard. I love the soft bristles and my gums too. If you turn this on and just look at the vibration of the bristles, they have about 4mm of wobble, so don't get it up against your gums when brushing vertical surfaces of your teeth. This is normal

Pros
  • Removes 20x more plaque than a regular toothbrush
Cons
  • Great price
