This is the second time I have bought this bluetooth enabled product so I obviously like it. But it requires you to always run the app on your phone, making the product less than useful. I suggest that the engineers store the relevant information on the pen and then, if you run the app about once a week, forward the previous brushing results. That way I know how well I'm combing my teeth and how long my brush handle will last.

I have an old Phillips Sonicare toothbrush and it didn't feel like an upgrade. I can buy better toothbrush heads if I want to feel better, but the app really didn't add much to the experience. Do more or go home! It was a substitute for what had exhausted itself. I never knew they had finite battery life. I've been using Sonicare since they came out and I haven't been disappointed. It's the best money can buy and it doesn't disappoint. It's lightweight and gives you feedback on your brushing technique. It can even be configured for multiple users. This is the gold standard and you should try it.

I was so excited to finally get this brush so I could see for myself why the Sonicare toothbrush is the best selling toothbrush. It only comes with 1 brush head so I don't like it based on my use with that 1 head. It's TOO powerful, wide, aggressive and hard. I love the soft bristles and my gums too. If you turn this on and just look at the vibration of the bristles, they have about 4mm of wobble, so don't get it up against your gums when brushing vertical surfaces of your teeth. This is normal
