Description of 🖌️ Sili-Brush: Silicone Glue Brush with Half Inch Tip - No Mess, Easy Clean-Up for Woodworking, Arts, Crafts, and Hobbyists

We’ve all used those pesky and irritating horse hair acid glue brushes to apply white school glue or yellow wood glue only to find out the bristles don’t hold very well and the glue coverage is minimal. Not only that, we tend to keep buying more and more and more of these brushes just to use them once and throw them away. Introducing the the Sili Brush! This silicone glue brush allows you to apply yellow wood or white school glue quickly and easily with the SILI Brush non-stick glue brush. The SILI Brush is designed to be used over and over again without having to purchase extra brushes like you would with typical tin acid or flux applicator brushes. The silicone bristles make applying glue and cleanup of the brush a breeze. Once you finish applying glue, simply rinse the brush head off with warm soap and water and you are ready to re-use the SILI Brush again after it dries. Another way to clean the Sili brush is to let the glue dry over night on the brush tip and then peel the glue right off without damaging the brush. It’s perfect for when we are in a rush or simply just forget to clean the brush. No more throwing away brushes and no more buying huge multipacks. The handle features a comfortable grip shape for extended periods of use and it also features a flat paddle end with a built in rest. The paddle is perfect for applying small amounts of glue to smaller areas like wood dovetail or box joints. The rest on the paddle end allows the brush to be set down without touching your table top surface. This revolutionary brush makes glue up project fun and enjoyable without the mess. Use the Sili brush over and over again without having to purchase new brushes. The Sili brush tip is made from silicone rubber for easy clean up. The tip is also angled just right for optimal glue application regardless of the project.

Works as advertised

This comes in handy when you don't want to use your fingers to apply glue to the edge of a 3/4 inch board. As advertised, the glue doesn't stick to the brush, so it's easy to clean.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Legacy

Good little tool for consumables and painting tools

Simple and straightforward, it does what it's supposed to. Both sides work fine. It's easy to clean. The black part sometimes pops out when peeling off the adhesive, but pops back up with no problem. I used Titebond 3 Ultimate.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Not the best

So good and easy for painting, wall maintenance and accessories

This is a great glue brush. I got it for bookbinding purposes. To be honest I was initially skeptical about how easy it is to clean up, but the glue washes off instantly and leaves no residue. I like the multipurpose use given by both parties. I love this thing!

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Good product good for brushes

This is a good glue brush but I would recommend trimming the brush down a bit. The silicone bristles are too long and soft, making it difficult to apply glue accurately without cutting. After cutting it works fine. In general, this is a good tool that is always at hand.

Much better than a regular brush

I use it to apply glue to plastic. Then I sprinkle it with glitter. In the end I smeared the glue with glitter. Very confusing. I usually have to use disposable brushes or old ones that I don't need. I just cleaned up the mess and tossed it in the dishwasher. Came out like new. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Expensive

Good reliable tool in the Painting Supplies and Tools section

I don't seem to use it as much as I expected, but if you're not a slob who still uses his finger like I , then it should be great. Cleans very easily. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was because I was using my finger anyway. I know it's not entirely fair, but 4 stars is pretty good for something I hardly use.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Only available in white

One of the best things to add to your workshop without spending hundreds.

I used the small black sponge brushes you can get at Walmart or any hobby store to apply glue to projects. However, they also absorb quite a bit of glue (even if you squeeze them) and I'm tired of seeing them sticking to my bins and other spots around the workshop. I started looking for a new way to apply glue when I found it. I wasn't sure if they would work well as I've tried other types of silicone brushes such as: B. Pastry brushes, which you can find in the grocery section of stores. The…
