Very strong and easy to install. It's easy enough to open the cabinets with them in place, although you have to push them down to open the cabinet. Guess what the idea is! My granddaughter can't do that. I decided a closet didn't need a lock and I was able to take it off with a hair dryer in under a minute. Don't leave the rest.

Great product for easy child lock installation. No need to drill holes and damage cabinet doors (although you can). The adhesive is exceptionally strong and the high surface area of the adhesive only means that the product tends to exceed the minimum strength requirements.

You can only open them if you open the drawer a little. If you try to stop your child from breaking their fingers, it will not work. I suspect it prevents them from fully opening the closet, but doesn't keep it fully closed. It's very difficult to align the sections to get it working properly and the clutch on one of them disengaged properly. For my purposes it was a waste of money.

The purpose of these hooks is to withstand a child yanking on the door. Unfortunately, the double-sided tape on the hook and latch is very weak. A slight jerk and the whole scaffolding falls down. A velcro-type push mechanism is a good idea, but the spring is so stiff that the pressure needed to lower it to open the door can itself cause the double-sided tape to come loose. Don't waste your time or money. The item has been returned.

Don't make my mistake! Check your cabinets and drawers BEFORE you buy and make sure there is no ledge/ledge in the door. They are large and the flat part of my drawer was too small for the sticky part when I moved it down the inside edge then the product sits too low to catch on anything. It's hard to explain but look at my photos. The closet door seems to fit with a little overhang. The product itself seems strong and durable, but I haven't actually used it.

I can only assume they are amazing because my husband hasn't installed them yet. I don't know why he's waiting. He seems to take his time before doing such small projects around the house. Maybe he's excited enough about it that if he wants to do something really fun, he'll put it off for a day. The box holds up well on the kitchen windowsill, hence 5 stars for that!
