Wonderart Shaggy Heart Latch Hook Review

I bought this for myself to work with another set (Cupcake) I bought for a young friend as a project we could work on together. I was disappointed that the drawing was not printed on canvas. Not a good idea for a beginner or someone who hasn't made a latch kit in decades! I also noticed that the connection tool was not included, but only because I read the entire description. Why not turn it on? Everything else is included and well put together.

Fun and fast. Keep a paper guide close by and use it to keep the colors sharp. Before purchasing, note that the colors are not printed on the canvas, but if they were they would be visible. I also draw a line across the line when I'm done with this so I can keep track of where I am. Whilst the pattern is very pretty and would make a great cushion we ran out of white pre-cut yarn and can't find it anywhere on Revain! I've been to Joann's Fabrics, checked Michael's and did a few web searches with no luck. Also, it was very difficult for a little girl. I ended up using colored markers (luckily I have one for each color of this heart) to color in the squares for her to make it easy for her to follow the markers.
