Great for grooving red oak floors

I used this tool to cut grooves on the ends of my old red oak floors to fit slots. I needed to install red oak curb/strip molding perpendicular to the existing laid floor. With overlay on the top, which allows laying the groove on the laid deck.

Pros
  • A pleasure to use
Cons
  • Only available in black

Used this to cut channels in the door to fit a mirror, a totally custom job that wouldn't be possible for me without this nozzle. I was able to set the bit flush against the face of the door and cut clean channels in the door frame all the way around with no disruption and with minimal effort. At €15 it's a bargain and works perfectly.

Pros
  • Decent performance

Won't fit factory groove for Trex Enhanced deck

This product has no flaws but it definitely cuts a groove that is larger (thicker) than the factory groove on a basic Trex enhanced performance deck . I wouldn't recommend using a Trex if you have some factory grooves and are trying to match them. I'm going to buy an expensive Trex club for my next project. I'm happy with the racquet just not what I was hoping for in terms of groove size.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • not strong

This is not a "cheap " router. it is durable

Some of the products offered appear to be of poor quality and may fail or even break apart on first use. This Yonico router bit is the real deal. I used it to cut a 1/4 slot in birch and pine plywood. I made drawers so 4 slots on three hoods measuring about 20 x 15 inches. (Also, it takes practice to get a feel for it and to make sure of the height.) While I'm a beginner, I've had the best "lifting" results when the blade comes in from above. Pages. Otherwise I blew the entire length of the…

Pros
  • very impressive
Cons
  • dull packaging
