We are having our system repaired at least once per month as there have been multiple glitches in our system since I joined in 2011. There is no customer service to contact, we have to deal with the techs via email or phone. Their workmanship is very poor. Very few of them can fix things properly. They will promise something new but when you call them for support they tell you it is fixed or no longer supported! If you are lucky, it was working before but not anymore? Call someone else if you can afford to pay for something that should work properly, we cannot afford them anymore after 6 years of failed experience. We used to get work done at home from different locations throughout the US but recently only one location in the US works for us. The team that works with us are very experienced and know what they're doing.
They have been working with our organization for over 15 years now and are always willing to help. They also have great customer service skills which helps when you need them. I would say that it's hard to find someone that can get things done quickly but has good knowledge as well. We use the software to track our inventory and sales.
