Super useful tool made better if they offered multi option reporting !

The ability to track activity in one place is pretty amazing and I have been able to really leverage this with my team by seeing what each person has done previously which helps me make sure that our clients are getting all we need from their experience! Tracking leads between campaigns within your org is so easy too! If you want to be efficient as well as effective it's worth investing some time into customizing these flows - there isn't much out there yet but I'm working very closely with them to try & push boundaries here :) We just moved over from Dynamics 365 (which was not designed around B2B) to CRM365 where they already had great relationships setup etc. However, moving everything across took quite some effort. This came up again when looking for new solutions because even though the product works fine, having everything integrated makes life easier. The dashboard is very easy & quick one click access from anywhere in our office or home! It's also great that you don't have to login with your own email address since it pulls straight off LinkedIn which we all use anyway so no issues there either!! I wish they had more options when creating new lists but overall this has been really helpful by putting everything right into 1 place where everyone knows what needs done next (and who should be doing them).
