Originally a faulty unit, a refurbished or used replacement part, different power supply plus scratches. As compensation I received a small discount. Not what I expected as I bought a brand new one. Apparently it gets very hot, in the heat it was recommended to turn it off and let it cool down. Worry about lithium batteries and don't want them to catch fire. When trying to solve some problems, some customer service representatives are more helpful than others. Their advisors love to play the blame game when it comes to their faulty product, app bug, and guide. The included instructions are poorly written and missing. In particular to know when it is fully charged or discharged. Yours should be an LED display/touch screen. A new design wouldn't hurt. Maybe the first device was stored too long, had glitches, wouldn't turn on/off, maybe didn't charge fully, pretty much a guessing game. You must spend a lot of time working with its features. To be honest I wanted it to work because there are settings where it will be useful. In addition, the lens is not protected and if it falls, it will be useless. Some of their representatives are rude, they get impatient. It really annoys me that the camera isn't intuitive and neither is the manual. When this works, images are crisp and there are no latency issues, which is useful when traveling or at home.
