Review on AroundDeal by Tom Beland

The layout of their site is easy to navigate, they have great customer support when you need it, and all communications are clear and concise. I'd like more options for data export/import. It's difficult to get your hands around everything that can be done with this tool. We've been using Around Deal for almost two years now. Our organization has grown quite large over time (more than 200 employees) but we still use Around Deal as our primary contact management solution. What started out as an internal communication system has become one of the most important tools in our company.
