The best feature is that it allows you track all of our projects in one place so we can see what everyone else has been working with at any given time! I like that it is flexible enough in being able to do many different types of projects. There is no need for more than 1 user to have access to the same project. The setup process could be easier to understand so you don't have to go through several help files before getting an idea what you need to do. This is an excellent tool for managing projects whether small or large in scope! My favorite feature of this program are it's ability to keep tabs upon how much my customers have paid me thus far as well as what percentage I am paying them back each month/quarter up until they owe you money again (assuming contract has not been terminated).
