I like that it's easy to use for both newbies as well experienced users (I'm one of them). The support team are very helpful if you have any issues or questions about using beesio in your daily work environment at telco level! It can be frustrating when there isn't enough space left after allocating certain amount from our budget/planning stage but they do update us regularly with what we need next time round so not too concerned about this yet - maybe once more products get added then things…

I like that it's very easy to use with all the different features of our business. It was an upgrade from excel which some of us didn't know how to do in Excel. There are so many things you can customize for your specific needs. Sometimes there have been small issues but they're able to fix those quickly. I like how easy it was to install this system in our organization! It's very intuitive for customers who are not so tech-savvy as well. The customer support team at beesio has been amazing with their help during installation process of BeeSION CRM solution. There really isn't anything that i dislike about bee SON yet!! The user interface of this tool is very good. It has easy to understand navigation menu as well as it's simple layout helps in navigating through multiple modules easily. There are some additional features which can be added but would require more resources. I am using this product for billing reconciliation purpose and found its feature easy to use. This tool automatically detects all the changes done by us and calculates them accordingly. Also we have used this tool for bill payment where it
