Well made by Motorcycle & Powersports

Great fit! (I'm 5ft 10" and 180lbs. I bought the medium one.) Seems to be a quality build. I like that the legs zip almost to the knee, making them easy to slip on even over boots. There is also a zip to tighten the hem around the ankle. Pants have pockets and a drawstring waist. The jacket has multiple vents on the front and back, an internal drawcord around the hem, well reinforced cargo pockets and Velcro on the cuffs to tighten around the wrists.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Bought it for my son and he wore it.

Bought for my son and he wore it 8+ hours every day fishing in Alaska for 5 days. It kept you dry and warm in rain and wind. I bought him a large one - he's 5ft 10ft tall and about 155 pounds. He had room for jeans or sweatpants under his pants and a t-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, and sweatshirt under his jacket, but not tight. Fish blood stains are washed off immediately. The trousers were wide enough to hang from his boots. Hope that helps!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Good

Best Raincoat Ever at Protective Gear

I have been using this suit since May 2017. I work outside 9 hours a day. Very active work, walking, climbing, lifting weights, etc. There isn't the slightest hole or tear in this suit. I even put it in the washing machine every week to wash off the dirt. It protects everything from the rain except the toes of my boots. Hot. In winter it's ok. It pays to stay dry. The hood is excellent. It has a built-in visor to protect your eyes from the rain. Ordering 1 for my wife now. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Communication with Seller

I work in the aviation industry as a helicopter mechanic. I've had over 15 different raincoats in the last 8 years because they all ripped because of the things I work with, or they ripped because I'm often climbing in uncomfortable positions. They are well made and far more comfortable than any other rain jacket I've owned. It keeps me dry, it's comfortable and doesn't retain as much heat as other raincoats. I don't know what else I could ask for. I would choose them instead of frogs any day.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Minor issues

Probably the best raincoat I've ever had and I've had several

Probably the best raincoat I've ever had and I've had several. Most raincoats are too light to be durable or too thick to be comfortable. It's like the perfect combination of both, it has good ventilation so it can be worn on a cool day but it's rubber so I wouldn't want to wear it on a wet summer day. The material is thick enough that I feel like I can't tear it up as easily as I did with a cheap set of frog toggs. The pockets are a huge bonus, I have found that most raincoats don't have…

works better than the junk you can find at a hardware store but has problems

I previously bought one of those yellow Junkers from Lowe for $30. Fell apart after one use. This is not good. Bought this one. The jacket itself was great - it's good quality and I haven't had any issues. However, trousers began to diverge in the crotch. I can probably fix it easily if it does, but I don't expect it from a one-time use. It's not bad for me to be back as I probably have to wear pants every few years but I'm not happy. For the record, I'm not a big guy or I haven't climbed or…

hard stuff! - Protective Gear

Just wanted to point out the durability of this raincoat. I am an oyster lover. I wear commercial quality overalls for most of the year that will stand up to the wear and tear. Oysters are demanding, as are barnacles and wire cages everywhere. For example, I wear three pairs of work gloves a week. During the hot summer months I wanted to try something light that would still protect me. I didn't expect much. But I've been wearing them every day for over a month now, they haven't ripped and are…

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Nothing

Ok here's the deal, that's the only tip you want. I weigh 5 to 9230 pounds and with the jacket underneath it's great. I have xL and if I had XX it would be huge, very well built, has a drawstring in the hood and fits snugly to the face, it also has a small visor on the hood that sticks out to protect goggles from the rain to protect, also has a drawstring at the side of each side to pull the Tightened at the back, two coat pockets, zip and button in the front, long legs, but you can always…

Perfect fit for my height and shape at 272lbs and 5ft 9in.

I'm a 5'9" male and weigh 272 pounds and ordered a size XL as someone is around 20 pounds. smaller than my ordered size and they said it would have to be a much taller person to order size XXL. I'm glad I followed her advice and only got the size XL. This is perfect for me. I suspect if I had gained 285 pounds that would have been the maximum weight I could weigh and still fit myself. When I say my weight I mean fat like a giant gut and unfortunately no muscle if that helps you get an idea of…
