I make websites to make money and not even I can navigate through this confusing mess of broken links and crappy design to even register those tags. DO NOT BUY. They will be very sorry and will send these tags back, just like me.

Great alternative to traditional luggage tags. Not only is it durable and weatherproof, I prefer to protect my contact details with a QR code than having my address and phone number visible to anyone at the airport baggage carousel. I took one for myself and one for my partner. They were easy to set up. I highly recommend them for frequent travelers.

I currently have four of these labels and they do the job. One thing I would suggest (which is also in the instructions with the last label I got) is that you put a bead of glue (I used red threadlocker) on the screw/cable assembly. The buckle is so small (by design) that the frequent bumps and movements inherent in flight and handling can loosen the loop. Expect them to flex and wear down a bit as you travel - this is a slab of thin metal, not concrete block.

Assembly was easy, only took about five minutes. tops. I love the tag, I have the black one, and I love the idea of an ever-changing luggage tag. My only real concern is what will happen to Dynotag if it goes out of business? I hope this is just a concern and never becomes a reality. The quality is good too. Almost indestructible. Aluminum tag is great but some with steel loop are very cheap. It broke literally 30 minutes after I opened the package and installed it. The clasp came off immediately. Disappointing. Edit: I emailed Dynotag about the broken steel hinge and they got back to me within hours. It was also on the weekend. They quickly sent a new replacement steel hinge that was much stronger. I have had several tags over the years. Many of them are made from very cheap materials and need to be replaced every few trips. Perhaps one of my biggest complaints was that my personal information was accessible to everyone. While you can't get around airlines putting your name on your bag, at least my address and cell phone are now protected by a QR code that sends me an alert when someone scans it. Only 5 out of 5 because it took an hour and a half to install but it was worth it. I'm good at what the FAQ page helped me with, but just making sure all the settings are correct and getting notifications took the longest.
