Don't waste your money and time on other cheap Gaskets

Don't waste your money and time with other cheap seals. It's the only thing that will give you good service on a GM 3800 engine. My car is a supercharged 2000 Bonneville Ssei.

Not suitable. - Spares

These are great gaskets but are incorrectly labeled as suitable for a 1998 3800 Series II engine. Another set of gaskets seems to fit. Interestingly someone said the same for another gasket kit - VS 50080 R. Remove the valve cover and check the gasket shape before ordering. Revain needs to put pressure on their suppliers to provide correct fit information.

As advertised, Great Set

Install an L67 (Supercharged 3800) engine in a 1999 Buick Regal quite nicely and it will stay in the grooves without the need for sealant (the factory service manual says that these seals should be installed DRY ). ). Bought and installed a few months ago, no leaks yet. Fel-Pro pads are the best and that's about all I'll be installing. Don't forget the blue angle for the rocker cover bolts, which are torqued to about 89 in-lbs (you probably won't be able to get a torque wrench for the rear…
