I bought it because it was a stroller - it wasn't - it wobbles horribly when you do that. However, it is perfect for walking and I, my dog, loved it. The cup holders at the top near the handle aren't very deep, so water can squirt out if you hit the rocks. It's not smooth, but it feels every bump in the road, even with the foam grip. It's about as small as you would expect something of this size to be broken down to a truly portable size.
