What I like best about this product is that it's easy to use, has many features available at my fingertips without having to go through several steps or pages of instructions in order to learn how each feature works together as well as its limitations. I like that this software has helped us to streamline our workflow, it is very easy to use especially if you are familiar with other communication platforms. The only thing i dislike about this product is that sometimes when we have an important announcement or event, there seems to be delays in getting information out to people. I like how easy it is to use, all of my emails are in one place which makes them much easier than having multiple accounts or folders! It's not very user friendly at this time unless you have an IT person that knows what they're doing. The customer service has been slow but when someone does get back to me there isn't always any information given about why their response was delayed so sometimes I'm left wondering if something went wrong. The system is very easy to navigate, even by someone who has little experience using computers or software applications in general. It's intuitive design makes it simple to use without overloading users with too many options that can confuse them. I like that you can use this to send out emails, notifications or other messages in real time as they come into your system from another channel such has social media etc.. It's easy enought o set up once it is installed but sometimes there are issues when trying ot get everything setup correctly however support was always quick at responding so no major problems here just be patient!
