User Interface is very clean with good use of icons to indicate different functionalities.Very easy for any level user as it provides excellent features like drag drop functionality from one task list directly into another making your work easier by saving time! I like that it is very easy to learn as you go through each module. The training materials are great! You can also have live support if needed but they aren't always available during normal business hours. We use JTask for all of our department's performance management needs. jTask Pulse has helped us gain a deeper understanding of the issues our employees are facing. Having the ability to pull those insights into one place and then measure them against our goals and KPIs has been a real game changer for us. The reporting capabilities are also quite useful.
