Very lush and fluffy. I thought it had a waist belt but you have to wrap it around your waist and then tie off the end of the belt. Appearance is still pretty beautiful

It's hard to find a tulle skirt that doesn't break the bank and this one doesn't disappoint! I was looking for a skirt that would give me that extra volume that I love and I can't wait to wear it!

Ribbon with strips of tulle tied to it. Not a real skirt. Such things are good for babies or as an accessory. I think it would be nice if you didn't mind having the skirt down.

I really like this pack! However I didn't pay much attention to the details and there is no fabric under the tulle which surprised me until I went back and read the details. I wore it as part of Ursula's costume and it's just perfect!

I love this skirt. It's heavy and full what I was looking for. I still had to wear something underneath, but I had more options for jumpsuits than most other overly skinny tutus. I actually wore jeggings underneath because it was a cold day and it was still perfect.

I have black and white. There is some swelling, but the skirt is separate strips stuffed onto a band, rather than sheer fabric. You must wear tights or shorts underneath. I'm a size 4/6 and I barely rolled up the skirts. That's small.

I ordered a white pack and got a dirty looking yellow half pack. It's yellow, it looks like it was yellow once and then someone dipped it in tea. Very strange color and definitely not white! Though it ties at the waist with a ribbon, the tulle only covers the front half. If you disassemble the tulle then this is really a very flat tutu. Very disappointed.

I ordered these skirts to use as a forest fairy skirt for a youth camp. When they arrived I was so impressed with the quality I almost didn't want them to get dirty. They are a lot thicker than expected. You could probably wear them as a skirt with a pair of white panties underneath as they are tulle strips and not a solid piece. The length was about mid-calf. (The girls in the photo are between 5'8" and 5'10" tall. Came in 2 days.
