Solid solution - Great value: LeanSentry

I like how easy it was to set up, configure, and use as well as how inexpensively we were able to integrate with our app as opposed to other services that are more expensive or just not as simple to setup. The customer support has been great so far too! We have had some issues getting alerts out but they've worked quickly to resolve them. Would love if there was a way for us to be notified when someone tries to update their profile info without logging in first (this happens sometimes). This…

Pros
  • Easy integration into existing apps; very low cost compared others similar products/services especially given features offered by this product is hard find elsewhere
Cons
  • Some problems

Great for keeping track and finding bugs & crashes

I like that it shows you what's going wrong with your app, so there are no surprises when something goes down - we've been able to pinpoint issues in our codebase much quicker than before! It can be difficult at times trying figure out how best use this tool but once things start working they really do help keep everything up-to date without any problems or downtime of my own making (yet!). We have used other tools such as Sentry previously which was great until one day all alerts stopped…

Pros
  • Keeps us updated about possible defects
  • Helps ensure redundancy is still available for critical components during non business hours where maintenance staff would otherwise make changes &/or fixes themselves.
  • Provides feedback into production environments via log files
Cons
  • Some difficulties
